1. How long does it take to get my order?
If you choose 3-5 days that does NOT mean that’s the time it takes to get to you after you have purchased. That’s the time it takes to deliver AFTER it is shipped. The processing time is currently 3 days depending on the volume of orders. Please remember that I am only one person doing a job that multiple people can do. I am consistently working on orders! If you cannot wait that long please do not purchase.
2. What Days Do You Ship?
I do not have a specific day on when I ship orders. I have been shipping orders Monday Wednesday Fridays!
3. How can I track my order?
The tracking information for your purchases will be sent via e-mail or number as soon as I purchase a shipping label for your order. To track the order go to your e-mail or the text message and click on the link provided. If you end up not receiving an e-mail for some reason, or your tracking number appears invalid or just simply not working, contact us by sending us an email @email@example.com.
5. Wrong Address?
We do change addresses for a $2 fee. We get a ridiculous amount of people requesting address changes, it’s your responsibility to give us the correct address from the start. We are happy to change your address just make sure to pay the $2 fee and write in the checkout notes the updated address. You will be notified when the address is updated.
1. Can i cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order we DO NOT cancel it. If you made a mistake with your order we do NOT cancel. All sales are final. It’s your responsibility to double check your order. By confirming your order at checkout your accepting the terms
1. Can I return my order?
Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged upon delivery we DO NOT DO REFUNDS. We package our products with care making sure all packages are delivered safely, unfortunately this does not always happen. If you receive a damaged package you will need to file a damaged package case against USPS. We do not send damaged packages, they get damaged because the postal system doesn't know how to respectively take care of the packages. By filing a case to USPS you will need to send proof of how the product was received and you should get a refund through them.
